Every Saint Noir product is carefully prepared and fulfilled after your order is placed.

## Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within *1–3 business days*.

During launches, limited drops, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

* Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
* Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

## Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

## Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Saint Noir cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect shipping details provided during checkout.

## Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within *24 hours* of delivery along with photographs of the package and product.

## International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India unless otherwise stated.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

At SAINT NOIR, every order is made with care. To ensure smooth order processing and reduce fake or fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases require a non-refundable advance payment of ₹199.

Why do we charge ₹199?

The ₹199 advance helps us reduce:

* Fake and prank orders
* High Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses
* Unclaimed COD shipments
* Unnecessary shipping and production waste

This allows us to continue offering premium-quality products and reliable service to genuine customers.

How COD Works

1. Place your order using the Cash on Delivery option.
2. Pay ₹199 during checkout.
3. We will process and ship your order.
4. Pay the remaining balance to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Non-Refundable Advance

The ₹199 advance payment is non-refundable in the following situations:

* Order is cancelled by the customer after confirmation.
* Customer refuses to accept the delivery.
* Delivery attempts fail due to incorrect address, unavailable customer, or repeated non-response.
* Shipment is returned to us (Return to Origin / RTO).

This amount covers a portion of the logistics, payment processing, and operational costs already incurred.

Refund Eligibility

The ₹199 advance will be refunded only if:

* SAINT NOIR is unable to ship your order.
* Your order is cancelled by SAINT NOIR for reasons beyond your control.
* The ordered product becomes unavailable before dispatch.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Order Verification

To ensure secure delivery, we may contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to verify your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

* Providing accurate shipping information.
* Being available to receive the order.
* Paying the remaining COD amount upon delivery.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Acceptance of Terms

By selecting Cash on Delivery, you acknowledge that:

* You have read and understood these terms.
* You agree to pay the ₹199 advance payment.
* You understand that the advance is non-refundable in RTO, refusal, or customer-related cancellation cases.
* You agree to pay the remaining order amount upon successful delivery.
